for 2 weeks in the Virgin Islands.

This is what winter looks like at our place. (taken last year) That is my "back door" and my kitchen window at the top of the steps. If you stood on the steps and turned around, you would see the other picture.





This is what I imagine the middle of Jiwi Island to be like. (taken last summer in Mattawamkeag, where we camp)

Need My Shades!

Sure wish I could be basking on a sunny beach today! I about froze my fingers, filling the birdfeeders this morning.The sun is shining, but the wind is whipping through the trees. My blanket(that Abel took camping and smelled like woodsmoke) was pulled from the clothesline. It smells like the outdoors!
